Research Interests
Research interests include the structure, dynamics, and function of macromolecules with a special interest in membrane-associated peptides/proteins. The specific biological systems investigated are cytochrome P450, P450 reductase, cytochrome b5, misfolded amyloid proteins (amyloid-beta and IAPP), and antimicrobial peptides. Other systems that are being investigated in collaboration using NMR techniques are bone and nanomaterials.
